Thank you for your interest in financing your home in Mexico with Colonial National Mortgage. We are excited to be able to work with you and guide you through the process. Click on the links below to download all the forms you will need to get started. It is very important to note that all disclosures must be signed EXACTLY as your PASSPORT IS SIGNED.

Uniform Residential Loan Application (1003) - Please fill out completely according to the instructions on the form.
GE Additional Information Disclosure (clauses) - Includes clauses in addition to those on the 1003 that you must read and affirm.
Mexican Law of Credit Institution Disclosures - A disclosure that all financial institutions are required by the Mexican government to obtain.
Authorization to Request Credit Report in Mexico - A Mexico specific form that gives the bank authorization to examine your credit report.
Borrower’s Authorization - your authorization to release personal information necessary for your loan application and approval.

In addition to filling out and signing the forms mentioned above, we will need the following documentation to get your loan application started.

Proof of residence - copy of passport
- For USA residents, please provide documents such as utility bills, phone, property tax bill
- For US citizens living in Mexico:
  1. Official Residence Permit - "Forma Migratoria" (FM2 or FM3)
  2. Utility bills, phone, property tax bill
Income verification
- Salary employees:
  1. Copy of W2 for last 2 years
  2. Copy of last 2 pay stubs
  3. Work phone number
- Self-employed:
  1. Complete 2 yrs tax returns
  2. additional items, i.e. Business letter, CPA letter, and/or reference letters
- Rental Income (if applicable):
  1. Rental Agreements
  2. Tax Returns to support
