Derek's Message:

As Managing Director, Relocation Division, it is my honor to help develop the best possible relocation mortgage program for corporate employers, third party relocation companies, and the best possible financing solutions for relocating employees.

I have been in the relocation mortgage services industry since receiving my BBA in Finance/Real Estate from Baylor University in 1988. During my tenure in the relocation mortgage services industry, I have had the privilege of working for companies such as Lomas Mortgage USA, Associates Relocation and Mortgage Services Group, Citi Group, Prudential Relocation, Countrywide Home Loans, Paragon Global Resources, and I am excited about the privilege of expanding the successful tradition of Colonial National Mortgage within the relocation industry. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas, Accredited Mortgage Professional, and a Certified Relocation Professional.

It is my passion to provide stellar service to my clients and to create an atmosphere of trust and confidence that they have found the right solution. I look forward to the opportunity of serving your needs.
