I graduated from the University of Texas in 1983 with a degree in Finance and have been delivering financial solutions for clients ever since. The majority of my banking and mortgage experience has been centered in residential real estate with expertise in both construction and permanent financing. I have combined my extensive background in construction and mortgage finance to produce superior results for clients who are buying or building their new homestead, second home or investment property. I have consistently ranked as one of the top construction/permanent originators in Tarrant County since 1997 and have achieved awards for top tier performance for overall mortgage production. We’re a division of Colonial Savings, a federally chartered savings bank with more than 3 times the required capital. We fund our own loans and are not reliant on other sources of money to close your loan.
We’re privately held - by choice. We don’t answer to thousands of stockholders and the whims of Wall Street. We have never pushed sub-prime loans or "exotic" mortgage products because we don’t have to meet the demands of investors with an appetite for huge returns. Being privately held means our focus stays on our core business and our customers.
We’ve been around since 1952.
