The following documents are needed from the seller to create a new Fideicomiso and complete the purchase. If you have any questions please contact us.
- Escrow Agreement (if applicable)
- Architectural plans (if applicable)
- Most recent property tax bill ("Boleta de Predial")
- Passport or Mexican ID, if seller is an individual
- Water bill ("Boleta de cuenta de Agua Individual")
- If a condo, a letter from the association stating the fees are current
- Pay cancellation fees (directly with the current trustee)
- Copy of SRE permit for the current trust
- If the trust still valid they will need to request cancellation
Seller will also need to complete the following forms:
For Corporations:
- Authenticated or Apostilled copy of the Articles of Incorporation and by laws of the company
- Authenticated or Apostilled copy of the Power of Attorney of the representative of the company
- If the representative is a foreigner, must show same documentation required for individuals.
