My business passion is helping homebuyers and homeowners understand a home mortgage on their terms and what it means for their future, as well as fulfilling their dream. Yes, I am a believer in the American Dream despite current market fears. As an expert in Conventional, FHA and VA lending, as well as credit history and scoring, I believe in delivering superior service, defined as attentive, transparent and exceeding expectations, with prompt communication and appropriate updates to all parties involved in the transaction. I grew up in Lubbock, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University. I am blessed with a 25+ year marriage to my wife, Karen, and three wonderful children, all approaching the college selection process. We have been residents of Plano for the past 18 years where I am involved with Habitat for Humanity/South Collin County as a Crew Leader.
